These guidelines are here to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms. In this document, you’ll find important information about ordering, payment, delivery, and our policies regarding returns and refunds. Ordering Process

Bi-Weekly Menus: Every second week, Natalie’s Healthy Kitchen offers a pre-set menu with a variety of fresh, healthy meals. Due to the nature of our service, we do not currently offer meal customization options for individual orders.

Order Deadlines: Orders for the week’s delivery must be placed by Friday the week before to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

Meal Kits: Our service provides meal kits, meaning you’ll receive all necessary ingredients along with easy-to-follow instructions to cook each dish yourself.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Subscription Terms

Bi-Weekly Subscription Option: Customers can choose to subscribe to receive NHK’s meal kits on a bi-weekly basis, meaning they will get delivery every second week. Subscribers benefit from automatic delivery of our bi-weekly menu, with the flexibility to delay or cancel the subscription as needed.

Managing Your Subscription: To delay or cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service. Changes to a subscription should be made before the next payment date. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 10 euros due to the perishable nature of our ingredients and meal kits.

Pausing Your Subscription: We do not allow pausing your subscription for an undetermined amount of time. In this case, we recommend canceling your subscription. However, we do allow delaying your order/payment date for 1-2 weeks if, for example, you are going away. Please contact our customer service, and we will help you!

Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver to most parts of Cascais and Lisbon. To confirm whether we deliver to your area, please refer to our delivery map.

Receiving Your Order: We deliver every second Monday in the afternoon, between 15:00-18:00, to your chosen delivery address. To avoid missed deliveries, please inform us in advance if you won’t be available during the expected delivery window.

Missed Deliveries: If we cannot reach you during the delivery window and no alternative arrangements have been made, NHK retains the right to charge the full order amount. In certain cases, a partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

Food Allergies: We strive to accommodate food allergies on request. Please contact us as early as possible before ordering to check whether we can accommodate your needs for the specific week. Accommodations may vary based on ingredient availability.

Dietary Restrictions: Dietary preferences are also considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us prior to ordering to discuss your needs for the week.

Return, Refund, and Quality Assurance Policy

Returns: As NHK delivers perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

Refunds and Credits: We aim to provide high-quality, fresh ingredients. Should you receive an item that does not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution. Refunds or credits may be offered at NHK’s discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, please do so before the order deadline. Once the deadline has passed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled without charge if canceled before the weekly order deadline. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 10 euros due to the perishable nature of our ingredients and meal kits.
