What is a meal kit service?
A meal kit service provides pre-portioned ingredients and recipes, allowing you to prepare fresh, delicious meals at home without the hassle of grocery shopping and meal planning.
What types of meals do you offer?
Our recipes are inspired by global cuisines, thoughtfully planned by a dietitian to ensure they are balanced and nutritious. Most meals are vegetarian, but our mixed bag includes one fish or seafood recipe.
How do I cook the meals?
On delivery day, you'll receive a PDF with pictures and easy-to-follow recipes. The PDF will explain the ingredients and provide storage tips. Each recipe guides you step-by-step through the cooking process.
How long will my ingredients stay fresh?
Our ingredients are sourced fresh and are expected to stay fresh for about a week when properly stored in your refrigerator or pantry.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website. Simply select the bag (meal kit) you'd like and complete the checkout process.
Can I subscribe so that I automatically will get a bag every second week?
Yes you can! We offer both one time purchases AND subscriptions on both our bags.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, to skip a week you will have to cancel your subscription in your account settings. To order again, simply restart your subscription.
Can I choose my meals each week?
Currently, you cannot choose your meals each week. However, we carefully select a variety of balanced and delicious options for you.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you offer discounts for new customers?
Yes! First-time customers receive a 15% discount on their first order.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
Yes, we accommodate food allergies. Please contact us in advance to check if your needs can be met for the week you'd like to order, as it's not always guaranteed.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please reach out to us in advance to see if we can accommodate your dietary needs for the week you'd like to order. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
What if I am allergic to or don’t like an ingredient? Can I know the recipes in advance?
Yes! Feel free to contact us to inquire about the planned recipes before placing your order.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver bi-weekly, every second Monday, with longer breaks during the summer and Christmas holidays.
What time do you deliver?
We typically deliver between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
Do you deliver to the whole country (Portugal)?
Currently, we deliver to most parts of Cascais and Lisbon. Please check our delivery map to confirm if we serve your area.
What happens if I am not home when you deliver?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, we will always make an attempt to contact you and see if we can find a solution. This might not always be possible so therefor we ask you to always make sure that you are home at the time of delivery OR that you have chosen a delivery address where someone is available to receive the order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service, and we will work together to resolve the issue.
